This policy explains what Gym Races (gymraces.com, "we") collects when you use the site. Questions: hello@gymraces.com.

What we collect

Usage analytics: pages viewed, clicks and taps, referrer, device and approximate location, collected with PostHog (EU cloud) and Plausible. IP addresses are anonymised.
Session recording: how anonymous visitors move through public pages (clicks, scrolling, navigation), via PostHog. Everything you type is masked before it leaves your browser. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
Emails you send us: the "Free training plan" and plan-review forms send your email address and answers to OCR Races, which writes and emails the plan. That data is covered by the OCR Races privacy policy.

We do not run ads, sell data, or have accounts on this site.

Cookies

PostHog sets one first-party cookie (and a matching localStorage entry) holding a random identifier, so we can tell a returning browser from a new one and do not count the same visitor twice. It is not shared with advertisers and is not used to follow you across other sites. Plausible sets no cookies.

Legal bases

Where the law requires one (EU/UK): analytics on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw below at any time; the training-plan emails to fulfil your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing. Email hello@gymraces.com.
